Resort 
The Resort
On the island of Djerba, close to Houmt Souk, the mythical Club Med Resort of Djerba la Douce enjoys constant sunshine, a clear blue sea and a pleasant and steady wind to fill the sails of its catamarans.
To create the new surroundings of the Calypso hotel, Sophie Jacqmin was inspired of the areas carpet making trade. The key thing is to enjoy all the pleasures on offer, and to do so in a tranquil manner

Gardens consisting mostly of Eucalyptus, Hibiscuses and large green gardens.
Beach
Public beach a mile long with fine sand. There is a small slope into the water. Hot sea in the summer but cooler in the winter.Delimited swimming area.

Make packing your luggage a gesture of solidarity!
Take part in the Club Méditerranée Foundation's solidarity for education action, by taking toys, footballs and other sports equipment for 6 to 12 year olds to the to the "Espace Fondation" at the Resort.
Your contributions will be given to the Hadadda Primary School that has 276 children, near Aghir on the island of Djerba.
