4/5 • 2025-09-11Facilities, cleanliness, ambiance as expected from Club Med. However, food in main restaurant a little hit and miss...huge range but had undercooked products. Desserts looked amazing but were severely lacking in flavour. Majority of staff (GOs, groundstaff, cleaners etc) were friendly and helpful, however some GOs seemed a bit alof and entitled and only seemed to be interested in guests from their own country..to the point of rudeness.
Non smoking/smoking areas need to be more defined and policed.

Impression of Club Med
5/5 • 2025-09-10The moments i feel when visiting club Med Bali is a happy experience, really love the way the club Med culture Embrace the staff to really engange with us (the guest). G.O the G.E and everyone around the hotel really had a wonderful hospitality, unfortunately when i stay in Club Med the weather was really terrible. But nonetheless even though the weather is not really supportive the G.O really put their effort to make our vacation better just by being helpful and making activities that involve us. Thank you club Med Bali, hopefully we'll see you soon

Some parasitic or viral diseases are carried by mosquitoes; we recommend that you use insect repellent for your skin and clothing suitable for the tropics.
There is a risk of the major form of malaria (falciparum) which requires strict preventative measures such as chimio prophylaxis and repellents.
Vaccination against meningitis may be recommended (in the event of close and prolonged contact with the local population in the dry season, between December and June).
