Important information before your departure:
In order to limit the spread of COVID-19, the Canadian government has announced that from January 31, 2021, until April 30, 2021, flights to Caribbean and Mexico are canceled, with Air Canada, Air Transat and Westjet carriers. Therefore, if your reservation concerns this period, you will be contacted shortly. You can also contact our customer service or your travel professional.
Since January 7, 2021, air travelers aged 5 years or older will be required to provide proof of a negative COVID-19 molecular test (PCR or LAMP) result before boarding international flights to Canada. This molecular test (PCR or LAMP) must be performed no later than 72 hours before arrival in Canada and proof of a negative result will be required before boarding. This requirement is in addition to the mandatory 14-day quarantine required for international flights to Canada.

You will be able to perform this test directly in our Club Med resorts of Punta Cana, Michès Playa Esmeralda and Cancun (results within 48h*). Prices and full information available at the resort.
For Club Med Turkoise, La Caravelle and Sandpiper Bay, you can perform this test at a facility close to the resort (results within 72h*) and our teams will be able to assist you in your procedures. Prices and full information available at the resorts.
*Valid for 2 years from the original date of travel to any resort worldwide of their choice. A Future Travel Credit is non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash. It may be applied to the total value of a new Club Med package, if you had booked your flights with Air Canada, Air Transat or Westjet, when you originally booked your package with us. For other companies, we will apply air credit according to the carrier’s policy. If you booked only the Land part with us, your Travel Certificate will not allow you to book a flight using it. When you are ready to make your travel plans, please contact your travel agent or Club Med’s Contact Center at 1-800-CLUBMED (1-800-258-2633). You may redeem your Travel Certificate during the booking process with the reservation agent. Please advise the agent taking payment that you have a credit. Your membership fees will be carried over from the original file based on the memberships paid at that time. If this credit is applied to a reservation of lesser value, the difference will be carried forward expiring 2 years from the original date of travel (last day to checkout) to another booking(s). In addition, if your new stay ends after December 18th 2020, this credit can only be used once. If, after application, the reservation is cancelled for any reason, the credit will not be carried forward to any other booking or refunded in cash. For dates of stays before December 18th 2020, it is possible to cancel your stay up to 15 days before departure and to receive a new credit based on its original value & expiration date. This certificate is valid only for bookings made in the US or Canada based on the original booking country office
