1 - Our different policies

Flex Rate Cancellation Policy

At Club Med, we think it is more important than ever to offer flexibility and security to our valued customers, so we are offering a flexible cancellation policy:

For all new bookings on any Club Med resort worldwide, cancel for free and receive a full refund of the land portion of your stay (cancellation charges for airfare are non-refundable by Club Med and will follow the airlines’ policy in effect). Member fees and optional insurance are not refundable.

Up to 61 days prior to departure: refund of 100% of the land portion
Between 60 and 31 days: refund of 75% of the land portion
Between 30 and 15 days: refund of 50% of the land portion
14 days or less: no refund

Blackout dates: Holiday weeks including but not limited to Christmas 2025 and New Year’s 2025 (from December 20, 2025 to January 2, 2026) and Spring Break (from February 28 to March 6, 2026):

Up to 91 days prior to departure: refund of 100% of the land portion
91 days or less: no refund
Refund excludes membership fees and optional insurance.

All refunds will go back on the same form of payment. If the cancelled booking was paid using a future travel credit, the refund will be issued as a credit for future travel to be used prior to the expiration date of the original future travel credit. The cancellation charges are assessed on the full package price.
Revisions of any kind (including but not limited to a change in the date of departure or resort) will be treated as a cancellation and applicable cancellation charges will be assessed and revised booking will be subject to pricing then in effect. Unpaid balances on cancellation charges are subject to collection action. No refunds will be made in the event of no-shows or interruption or cancellation by the Member after departure. There is no refund for unused travel vouchers or transfers. Cancellation charges for special events, certain promotions and holiday travel may vary; please contact our call center or your travel advisor.

Transport Assistance

By booking your transport with Club Med, you benefit from unique support at each stage of your trip. Thanks to the know-how of our Club Med Travel Expert Designers, you can create your tailor-made itinerary and modify it in the event of the unexpected. When you arrive at your destination, our GO team will be present and will take you to the Resort.

Air operations are currently often disrupted: Weather related situations, social unrest at airports and or operating problems related to a lack of staff. Being by your side so that you can travel with peace of mind is a promise that is dear to us. Thus, in the event of a canceled flight or modified schedule, the Club Med teams are at your side to offer you the best solution.

One & only point of contact: Book your stay, flights, transfers and get:
Support from our Club Med advisers to guide you throughout your reservation, 7 days a week (exceptions on Christmas Day and New Year’s Day)
The best routes (times, connections, etc.) at the best prices (economy, premium, business class, etc.) from your departure city, as well as possible pre-registration options (according to the terms and conditions of the airlines) thanks to our airline partners.
Tailor-made transfers between the airport and the Resort, at attractive prices, for everyone: families, couples, single travelers with a large number of options depending on the destination…
Assistance with flight time and date changes (possible additional costs to be borne by the customer)
Information on the formalities and protocols of the host countries (entry formalities, specific Covid-19 protocols, etc.)

Serenity Insurance

For even more peace of mind, subscribe to our Serenity Insurance and benefit from the reimbursement of your package, including your flights, in the event of an unforeseen event, until the moment of your departure (additional cost).
What is covered by our Serenity Insurance?

  • Trip cancellation: cancel your stay for free in case of unforeseen circumstances
  • Trip interruption
  • Medical and dental coverage
  • Accidental death and dismemberment
  • Baggage loss or delay

All insurance policies (Serenity and “Cancel For Any Reason”) must be purchased before the first payment is made and the reservation is confirmed.

Low Deposits & Flexible Payments

At Club Med, we believe our guests should have access to different ways to pay for the vacation of their lifetime. For that reason, we're offering the flexibility to secure your stay and stay on top of your budget thanks to a low 25% deposit, and pay the balance, with no interest, at your own pace.

Conditions apply:
Not applicable when booking with the Non-Refundable rate.
Applicable to bookings when departure date is in 45+ days. If booking with air, the full portion of the air must be paid at the time of booking. Balance must be paid fully 45 days prior to arrival.
