Great week at Jade
5/5 • 2024-12-08Great week at CM Cancun - Jade. Thanks to the great staff that took care of us all week. Ademir, Elisio, Cristel, Daniel, Marco, Mélanie from Victo! Magalie, Jesus Javier, Jersey, Jorge and Jaime. The service at Jade was excellent. Cannot say the same at the Hacienda and Tacos Arte buffet. Perfect resort for Pickleball fanatics.

Outstanding stay at Jade Exclusive Collection
5/5 • 2024-12-08My wife and I and three adult children plus significant others spent a week at Club Med Cancun Jade Exclusive Collection and had a great vacation. Cristel the Manager, the reception and bar staff and the chef Jorge are all exceptional. The beaches are excellent, and the activities range from Latin Dance to Yoga to Pickleball; there is something for everyone or you can spend time together on the beach and read.
I will add that Cristel, aside from doing an excellent job managing a hotel, is also a terrific entertainer!

Petite Club Med for the win!
5/5 • 2024-12-06Marci, julie, Maurine, justine, chrislove, Rachel, alizee, jade, loulou, Ralph made our week INCREDIBLE! We were able to relax during the day while our daughter had the best time in kids club. She bonded with the caregivers that were so kind and thoughtful. They helped her transitions in the morning and we could see her having so much fun all day long. (And we weren’t nap trapped!) Petite Club Med gave everyone in our family the best vacation. And the Petite Club Med show was the cutest performance ever!
