The Finolhu Villas Maldives

First and foremost it was a double "première" for me: first time in Maldives and first time in Club Med. Moreover, I'm not the typical consumer, I was solo traveller. But...
It was an awesome place with top-notch service (Cruise and Sola were beyond my expectations), all crew members are incredible. This first time in Finolhu was a real experience. Really great food (and I'm French with our high food standards), excellent cocktails (and I experimented a lot), room overwater (sunrise side) was top. Great events each night with a very clever way to use all island's space. Don't miss the snorkeling sessions (with great staff Iru, Akey and Adam), you'll swim in a real natural aquarium. Some small trouble but maintenance team was a great help to fix it in a couple of hours.

Even for a solo traveller, days here were great.

We spent the most beautiful vacation ever with our friends in this amazing Club Med resort. Everything was really luxury, starting from villa and ending unforgettable dinners and white party! Thanks to the hole team, and chef du village!Especially great respect to our butlers: Abu and Zameer. They did all their best to transfer our days from regular vacation to real Fairy Tale. Thanks to the sport team for their support during snorkeling and everything! Thanks to the kitchen team. Food was delicious!
We will definitely come back!

This was my second time in Finolhu, and once again, I absolutely loved it.
The resort is stunning — a true paradise on earth — and the staff is genuinely kind, always anticipating every need before you even ask.

Both times, I stayed for 15 days, which gave me plenty of time to relax and enjoy a wide range of sports and water activities, thanks to Iru, Akey, Adam and Izakey.
I had never gone snorkeling before, and I can’t recommend it enough! The team is extremely experienced and always finds the best spots depending on the weather and visibility. There are two snorkeling sessions every day (morning and afternoon), each time in a different location so you can fully experience the incredible marine diversity that the Maldives have to offer.

The food is also delicious, and I would like to thank Leo for his great professionalism, kindness, and the lovely surprise on my last day — it truly made my stay even more special.

Every evening, I loved the live music and entertainment with Roman and the animation team, which brought such a joyful atmosphere and made every day memorable.

I can only recommend Finolhu to anyone who wants to discover the underwater world, recharge, and disconnect from everyday life in a breathtaking setting.
I can’t mention everyone by name, but I sincerely thank the entire team for making my stay unforgettable once again.

This is a breathtakingly beautiful resort which offers uninterrupted rest and peace. It’s a pleasant departure from the usual club med culture centred on socializing and activities, providing the visitors an abundance of intimacy and serenity, all while offering options to recreate a more conventional club med experience at a sister resort 5 min boat ride away. The team is truly amazing, from the village chief, Marguerite, our butler Tatiana, the restaurant team including Anwar, the snorkelling team, including Adam, the paddle yoga instructor, Love, the bar staff, the cleaning and maintenance crew and really everyone we met on the resort. Every meal felt like a 4 course dining experience with full waiter service instead of buffet and all with option to be delivered directly to your villa. The villas were beautiful, well maintained, and cleaned twice a day. My only suggestion would be to include a smoothie bar! It was an amazing and restful week and we would be happy to come back.

From the moment we arrived the service and staff were impeccable. We felt welcomed and had a very enjoyable experience. The Villas Manager and her team set a very high standard.
