Palmiye Hotel Turkey

Returning to Palmiye was just like going home thankyou to the restaurant staff for there welcome and service Memit and Fatty the chefs gardeners bar staff and the enthusiasm of the chef de village 👍😀

Having travelled to many places and working in the customer services/hospitality industry I didn't know what to expect. I needn't have worried as our stay was just amazing.

Where do I start to describe the highlights? Our room was lovely and comfortable with fridge and the obligatory kettle. Kept clean with fresh towels everyday by our great housekeeper. The food standards were excellent with so much choice and chefs on hand with a smile and recommendations. The value for money is another important factor when you take the food and drinks into account. We were having cocktails throughout the day and a nightcap before bed. Put on weight but hey it was my holidays!

The beach and pool areas were good with us being able to get a cabana on the beach. Always sunloungers available or other places to relax and sunbathe. No queues either anywhere.

As for the entertainment absolutely top notch. Having read some reviews I thought maybe I was in a different resort. The chief Jonathan was the perfect host with so much energy. What a mover! Bariş is also a great entertainer and kind and charming. He will go far I think. Ciara is also a lovely hostess and genuinely cares that her guests are having fun and another great dancer. Met Couscous at the games event who was also friendly and warm getting us to play chess after many years.

Had a wonderful time. Only regret is we didn't stay longer but will be back and will recommend Club Med to everyone. It's nice to see both young and old together enjoying themselves.

It was a fantastic holiday. Everything was great: the activities, the entertainment, the accommodation, the food and the staff.
We had a great waiter, Ümit, who made sure that we had everything that we wanted - there were 12 of us (adults and kids), so it was a lot of work, but he kept smiling and was helpful. Another big thanks to management of Bosphorus and Topkapı restaurants - Serkan and special thanks to Fatih bey. The food was always great. White Night was absolutely fantastic! The boat trip was also great! The entertainment was really good and of a high standard. We highly recommend this place!

All the usual things you'd expect from a lovely holiday in Turkiye. What separates CM Palmiye from other resorts, however, is the fabulous welcome, dedication, smiles, and friendliness of the GOs & GEs. From the sports & entertainment staff to the restaurant & bar staff, cleaners, gardeners, reception and others, Palmiye combines the warmest of Turkish welcomes with top quality French hospitality.
We didn't meet all the GOs & GEs, but we wish to thank those who worked hard to make our stay really enjoyable and memorable.
Tennis : Yousef & Merk (au top !!!) - spent lots of their valuable free time with us, interesting and professional as always.
Ahmet, Alfonse (fun lessons) & the French GO who lent me his own racket when they had run out of club ones.

The senior management team is great, too, led by Jonathan. Always present and approachable in the restaurant.

We have just spent a week in Club Med Palmiye and really had a wonderful time!
Everything was lovely from the beautiful hotel, clean beaches and swimming pools to the wonderful entertainment. The white night was a real standout and the preparation that must have gone into preparing for this event was phenomenal.

The food was delicious and there was such a varied choice, definitely something for everyone! All the staff were helpful and friendly and the housekeeping team had our room sparkling every day by the time we came back from breakfast.

A special shout-out to the animation team, namely Baris, Ciara and Couscous who kept us entertained every day at the pool, the shows every evening and were able to join us for dinner and made our holiday extra special! We will definitely be back!
