Amazing experience. Film and Christian the G.Os in the program were absolutely amazing. Their energy and attitude contributed to an extremely memorable experience and made me want to continue combing back to the program. Film is extremely funny, kind and passionate about her job and plays an integral role in the teens club. Christian is amazing also playing a very important role in the teens club and both of them created an incredible atmosphere in the program. An experience I will never forget

Amazing resort for families. It’s our second time there and we absolutely loved it, everything was perfect, the service, staff, food, and rooms. The location is perfect, near 2 night markets and many shops available around. The beach is stunning. There is a waterpark for kids that is so convenient! They also have a mini club with an amazing team. Thank you Club Med Phuket for making our stay so magical. Special thanks to Rachel from the bar team who was so friendly, Julia at the reception, Pauline, Ayoub and Aum at the mini club, Audi at the housekeeping, and big thanks to Anouk and Patricio for your warm welcome and good vibes! We will be back

Had a wonderful stay at Club Med Phuket, which made us feel welcome the moment we stepped foot into the resort. Everything was seamless, the GO team was full of energy and enthusiasm, and the housekeeping/engineering team were all very friendly and service oriented as well. Make it a point to watch the nightly show that they have prepared as it's really an eye-opening experience. Special mention to the Circus/Trapeze team in Club Med Phuket (Kimmy, Alicia etc) who really put up a wonderful and spectacular show. Will definitely return should the opportunity allows.

A frequent Club Med visitor, I already knew what was in store when I touched down on the shores of this beach resort. This was a long anticipated trip that was going to be the much needed relief that I needed, and disappoint me did Club Med Phuket not. An unreal atmosphere, wonderful G.Os and terrific moments made this vacation, though short, a truly memorable one.

Film from Amazing Family was a stand out. Despite my age of 19 years passing the limit of being in the Chill Pass a.k.a Teens Club, she still warmly welcomed me in. She never failed to ensure we were enjoying ourselves and having the time of our lives. Even after her working hours, she would still stay with the few of us keeping us company and entertaining us.

From the F&B team, Azizul, Owen and Jeffrey, never stooped low in their attempts to keep their service to the highest standard possible and going out of their way to keep us satisfied.

The Flying Trapeze has always been the major highlight of every summer Club Med resort since I was a kid, and the Circus Team amazed me as always. The whole team of Jeremie, Kimmy, Chloe, Vicky, Golf, Alicia, Minnie, Daila exceeded my high expectations of the circus and made a really lasting impact on my short time there. Always cheerful and ready to help, they certainly succeeded in making me learn loads while having the time of my life.

Adib, Ari, Jasmine, Nana were G.Os whose domain I did not venture into, yet they still took time to spend and talk with me, be it during dinner or over a drink at the bar. Grateful for them.

Extraordinary trip as always, can't wait to be back.

We had a very good stay at Club Med Phuket.
The place feels calm and well run.

The facilities are excellent.
The bedrooms are large, very clean, and genuinely comfortable. Proper beds. Comfortable mattresses. Good quality sheets, soft, fresh, the kind that make you slow down in the morning. Housekeeping was discreet and lovely

The atmosphere is carried by the staff.
Warm and friendly.

A very special thank you to Film, who managed to entertain our teenagers with real success.
Thank you as well to Winnie for the warm welcome, and to all the Mini Club team who were simply great: Manow, Pauline, Ayoub, ADD, Jaden, Aum, Zix, Rita, JFrost, Nam, Palm, B, Milk. The kids were happy.

The food was fabulous. Tasty. Varied. Generous.
IMPORTATION NOTE:
The chefs use palm oil for almost everything. Frying eggs. Cooking sauces. Daily basics etc. For us, palm oil is not acceptable. We see it as toxic. We explained this clearly to the kitchen manager and asked for our meals to be cooked separately, using pure butter, which they did without any issue once requested.

Future guests should know this.
If palm oil is a concern for you, ask from the start for your food to be cooked separately. The kitchen will adapt.

Overall, a very positive experience.
