Magna Marbella Spain

It rained for the last 3 days of our stay, but we didn’t mind. The kids were enjoying themselves at the mini club despite the weather. Two things disappointed us — extremely soft pillows (we are used to neck support) and no barista (had to go to a bakery around the corner for a proper cappuccino). We appreciated having access to the washer and dryer, as well as a nurse who helped treat the upset stomach. We are not sure if we will come back to this one again, but we recommend that you check it out regardless.

Shout out to Loris in mini club who went above his duty to make sure children felt welcome and safe, you made a lasting memory for our entire family.

Our stay at Club Med Malaga was truly exceptional—the best Club Med
experience we’ve had so far.

The rooms are bright, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The kids’ areas are beautifully done, and the circus activities added so much excitement and joy for the children.

The evening shows were incredible—high quality, engaging, and consistently impressive night after night.

What stood out the most for us was the team, especially those caring for the younger children. Our kids were genuinely happy to go to the kids’ club every day, and as a parent, I felt completely at ease seeing how attentive, warm, and professional the staff were. That peace of mind is priceless.

There was always something to do—games in the lobby, activities throughout the day—and it truly felt like every detail was designed to make guests feel taken care of.

It also felt like the people working there are not only highly professional, but truly enjoy what they do. Everything runs smoothly, and the overall atmosphere is positive and welcoming. Our holiday felt effortless—and perfect.

A special thank you to Tomas, the padel instructor, and Anoushka, the fitness coach, who both made a wonderful experience with their great attitude.

If I had one suggestion, it would be to offer more group padel classes during the day, as the current one fills up very quickly. Additionally, adding a dedicated yoga instructor, like in other Club Med resorts, would be a great enhancement.

Highly recommend for families. Quality of food is very high. Plenty of activities for families and a really good kids club provision. Staff are very welcoming.

Lorris (kids club staff member) was exceptional, took personal time to sit down with us outside his shift to get to know my son (6 years) and speak with him and reassure him about kids club. This made our son feel really confident about attending kids club during the holiday. Throughout the holiday I observed a multitude of children (different nationalities and ages) approach Lorris eager to see and speak with him when they saw him around the hotel. He always seemed to remember kids names, made them feel listened to and projected a lot of enthusiasm . Lorris is a credit to the kids club team, and made sure my son (and many others) felt excited and welcomed to join kids club. He was highly personable, exceptional with kids of various ages and the main reason we and my son felt so welcomed at the kids club. He had an exceptional grasp of English, ensuring he could build connections with English and French speaking kids, however he clearly was exceptional in his role and loved spending time with children. We are recommending Club Med Marbella to everyone we know, based on our experience this holiday, with a big factor of this being our incredible kids club experience thanks to Lorris.

A big thank you to Francisco as well (waiting staff- restaurant) who was able to remember my husbands beer order from one day to the next and ensure he was always topped up. Exceptional service by him and always had a smile on his face, and always very welcoming!

Club Med Marbella met all our expectations for a Winter escape from Toronto. We loved the facilities and quality of food, especially the pastries and the variety of menus for dinner. We did not go to the beach as it is farther than we expected. On the other hand, trips to Marbella Old Town are doable.
The Club is actually close to the Marbella bus station so you can arrange trips on your own should you wish. It is certainly a Club Med worth visiting again some time.
