Ixtapa Pacific Mexico

We had a wonderful time this summer. It's the third time we spend some vacation days here.
The food is delicious and diverse every day.
The beach is big, clean and beautiful.
Kids have many activities to do at the miniclub and they feel happy and safe at the resort.

We had some issues in our room and they were solved promptly.

The staff is very friendly and I perceived their genuine interest to meet the guest expectations.
I enjoyed a lot their fitness program. I want to thank and congratulate Samantha for her great job
Manu and Jerry were so good at the aqua gym.
Alex and "osito" always with a great attitude at the bars.
Cecilia and the other girls at the trapezze were amazing, even when I was not brave enough to jump ha ha.
Wendy at the boutique, was so nice and helpful.
Thanks to Diana for her good vibes, and for helping us to celebrate my daughter's birthday.
Thank you to the manager also, for sending my daughter a birthday gift, she was so happy.
We left the hotel today with our heart full of wonderful memories.

Easy to get to from LA, good food and great location. We will definitely make this trip again in the future.

My two friends and I recently stayed at Club Med Ixtapa and we had a good time.

Went we first arrived on a Tuesday the resort was really quiet, but it got more lively as the weekend approached. It’s definitely a family-oriented resort, so if you don’t go there with kids, it’s probably not the ideal place for you. But the resort itself was beautiful and well maintained. The beach was great, very clean, and it was spacious with a lot of sunbeds!

A very special thank you to Haby at reception who went out of his way to make sure that our stay was extra special! Also at reception, thanks to Elliot for welcoming us so well and to Carlos for being such a great dancer! Also thank you to Giovanni and Eduardo who were especially helpful at the boutique. Thanks to Alain who makes the very best cocktails and to Dani, the bar manager, who was genuinely a great person. Without these people and many others, our stay at Ixtapa would simply not have been the same!

Club Med is always a wonderful escape. Ixtapa is perfect for little children. The resort is small and quiet. Lots of fun activities for kids. Calm beaches and nice swimming pools. The turtle excursion is very special. The GOs always go above and beyond. Very casual dining compared to some other Club Med locations. Lots of fun for everyone
