Anne Champagne is a Canadian ultra trail runner who has quickly established herself as a strong competitor in long-distance mountain racing. Specializing in ultra-endurance events, she has earned notable results across the UTMB World Series, including standout performances in both 100-mile and shorter trail races. Known for her consistency, resilience, and ability to handle technical terrain, Champagne continues to build a reputation as a rising force in international ultrarunning.

Julie Brousseau

Julie Brousseau is a Registered Dietitian based in Montreal, Canada, holding a Bachelor's degree and Master's degree in nutrition from Université de Montréal. With an extensive background in anti-diet and non-diet practice, she teaches a
university course challenging conventional narratives around what it means to eat well. In her primary role, Julie coordinates research projects in healthcare — and outside of work, she is most at home on her yoga mat or experimenting in the kitchen.

He shares his artistic approach through immersive encounters and live experiences that bring guests closer to the creative process, where landscape, movement, and reflection come together.

Like a table d'hôtes with an amazing view of the St Lawrence River, Le Chalet promises a unique and intimate experience. The buffet at the centre of the restaurant has the look of a market hall with its pale golden wooden flooring. Having done justice to the local and international cuisine, all you have to do is find the best spot to enjoy it. You'll be spoilt for choice! Five restaurant dining rooms with five different ambiances: La Laiterie, La Moisson, La Légende, L’Orée des Bois and L'Accalmie. Each of these spaces celebrates one of the basic elements of gastronomy, such as hunting, fishing, agriculture, foraging and livestock farming.

It's the beating heart of the Resort Enjoy a drink with your partner on the mezzanine, get together on the comfortable sofas beside the bar, watch the shows in the evening, bask in the sun on the terrace...
