Quebec Charlevoix Canada

This was our fifth visit to Club Med Charlevoix, and it continues to be one of our favorite family destinations. The location is perfect for families, the facilities are always clean, and the food is excellent.

What keeps us coming back year after year is the incredible Mini Club. Our children have so much fun every time, and it's one of the highlights of our vacation.

A special shout-out to Zach at the Mini Club this year. All the children adored him, and his kindness, energy, and professionalism made us feel completely comfortable leaving our kids in his care. He truly made a positive impact on our family's experience. We can't wait to come back!

This is a newer resort, very updated and we came here for a summer family vacation. The food was above average but the staff is very friendly. They had good shows and continently provided snacks and appetizers throughout the day. The photographer, gentlemen with a beard did a great job taking family pictures. The indoor pool is nice and being able to take the tram to the mountain top is a nice feature for hiking. Thank you Eduardo the bartender who was terrific. Punchline, this is not your typical Club Med. It's modern and new building that feels like a Westin Hotel.

We were staying at the concierge level which has its own separate tower and a private lounge. Big thank you to all of the concierge staff that really pampered us. Special thank you to Jamie on that staff. He booked dinners and activity for our large group and very helpful. It you want to splurge , I would recommend it.

Nate is an amazing G.O. He gave us an excellent performance with his beautiful voice, made us delicious personalized drinks on our preferences & even spent some time with us after his shift. Even when he’s not working he was picking up glasses, checking up on us to see if we needed anything. He was enthusiastic & very professional! Thank you very much for making our stay worth it.
