The sailing team with Graydon, Salu, Etienne, Sebastian, and Raphael are amazing, make sure to ride with Graydon on the sailboat, he’s great! Also Molly is super sweet. Cant forget about the awesome lifeguard EMRICK, who saved my friends life, wow he is just great!! Love all the workers!! A little bit of drama but it was entertaining. And Tom was an amazing lap dancer

Check in was a disappointment due to 4 hour wait for room to be ready, and meanwhile to use the facilities you need to pay $25. I asked what if I do not pay, she pointed to the bus stop, then you can sit here.
Room was ready rather quickly, which I went in and found out on my own, so pay the $25, then go to the assigned room and see if clean, it's worth it
Room was OK, mattress is fine, but the pillows are like sack of potatoes.
Entertainment is great quality, mixed music, dancing all night, food is good too, pool is amazing, and so is the ocean. Very warm and calm water

The beach at Club Med Turkoise is absolutely stunning: crystal-clear waters, powdery white sand, and breathtaking sunsets that make every moment feel like a dream.
The GOs and management team are incredibly professional, kind, and truly customer-oriented. The Circus team, led by the hard-working and amazing Tom Fagg with talented Isabella, Morgan, Elise, and Simone, gave us a thrilling, safe, and unforgettable experience (You all were such a blessing to Alessandra as she discovered her love for trapeze). The sailing team, headed by Rafael with Graydon, Etienne, Sebastian, and Salu, was just as fantastic, always patient, smiling, and eager to teach.
A special mention to the reception staff, especially Fernanda and Marcie, for their kindness, professionalism, and promptness in doing everything possible to meet guests’ needs with a smile.
Sports Manager Maximiliano is a gem: kind, energetic, and constantly working to make everyone's experience as perfect as possible (Max, I love you, you know that!). Thomas also stood out in the sports and entertainment team for his enthusiasm and positive energy.
At Sharkies, Molly charmed us with her sweet personality and delicious drinks (girl, you are soo good in the Ruby Show!). There was a great variety of food, and friendly people like Johnathan made meals even better by bringing wine to the table with a big smile. Nikki will certainly brighten your day with her warm greetings!

The overall vibe and ambience were warm and welcoming, thanks to the new Leisure Manager Luca Bruno Santangelo (your demeanor and impeccable Italian fashion style stand out, I’m so proud of you!) and the new Chief of Village, Nickolas.
This was truly a wonderful vacation made unforgettable by an engaged, passionate, and professional team.
A place we’ll definitely come back to, no doubt about it!

I visited Club Med Turks with 7 friends..a “girls’ trip”. We were so pleasantly surprised by this property.
It is absolutely gorgeous, with a beach to rival any in the Caribbean or Europe. Most importantly, the staff here are top of the lines and the resort is spotlessly clean. The staff work hard to ensure that their guests are well taken care of and having a lovely time.
We are senior citizens and had a blast at this Club Med!

The resort itself was beautiful. Pool and beach was breathtaking. Restaurants was delicious with upscale options and drinks were lovely. We did the paddle boarding and kayaking as well. However, the rooms are subpar. We had two twins pushed together which was advertised as a “king” which left for very uncomfortable sleep. Overall the rooms could definitely use some updating. Overall, we would come back but the rooms need to be renovated.
