2 - The Mountain, the River and You

Skiing with the St. Lawrence at your feet

Every run here opens onto the river. The St. Lawrence stretches out far below and stays in view all the way down. It's the signature of Charlevoix, and it stays with you long after your last run.

The mountain lives up to the view:

  • 770 m of vertical, the biggest vertical drop in Eastern Canada
  • 53 runs over 40 km for every level
  • 39 hectares of off-piste terrain for experienced skiers
  • 6.5 m of annual snowfall
  • Ski-in, ski-out access from the Resort
  • Lessons taught by G.Os certified by the Canadian Ski Instructors' Alliance

Three ways to spend your day

Nobody sets your day for you. Here are three ways to spend it, or you can mix and match.

The whole family

From age 4, kids hit the slopes in ski or snowboard lessons, then join their new friends at the Kids' Clubs, included up to age 17. For the little ones, Baby Club Med and Petit Club Med are available as options. Meanwhile, you ski at your own pace, or skip it entirely. You all meet up at the end of the day to compare stories. Everyone gets their own vacation, together.

First chair

You're at the lifts as the mountain wakes up. In the morning, your G.O instructor helps you sharpen your technique or find new runs. After lunch at the Resort, you head back out to ski on your own, wherever you like, and call it a day whenever you want. Nothing is mandatory, not even the morning lesson.

Après-ski & unwind

Snow can be enjoyed from the hammam too. Try a yoga class by Jonah Kest, a swim in the pool after skiing or a soak in the hot tubs overlooking the river, then have a cocktail at the bar before dinner. Taking a day off the slopes? Nobody's keeping score.

Not a skier?

Head out on guided snowshoe hikes or Nordic walks through snowy forests.
For thrill-seekers, Charlevoix's 7.5 km sledding run* is close to the Resort.

*Admission is paid online directly on the Massif website.

3 - Resort Highlights

Dining

At Le Marché, the main restaurant, chefs cook in front of you at live stations serving regional specialties and international flavours. Some rooms look out over the river. Expect poutine, raclette and farm-to-table dishes with a true taste of Quebec.

For a quieter evening, the Chalet Gourmet Club serves Quebec flavours, charcuterie and organic produce, with views over the St. Lawrence. Two specialties are available at extra cost: the Tomahawk steak and the Charlevoix fondue. More than 65% of the fresh produce is sourced locally.

Shows & entertainment

When the lifts close, the Resort comes alive. Every day, the G.Os put on shows, live music and entertainment. You can join in or just enjoy the atmosphere with a drink in hand. The bolder ones can even try the flying trapeze and circus arts.

Fitness & wellness

There are fitness classes, a weights and cardio room and yoga, so you can stay active however you like. Then unwind in the 23 m indoor pool, the hammam or the three hot tubs with panoramic river views. For extra pampering, the Club Med Spa by Sothys is there for you (treatments at extra cost).

4 - When to Go

From December to April 10, 2027, every part of the season has something to offer:

  • Christmas & New Year's: celebrate in the mountains with snow guaranteed to set the mood and nothing to organize.
  • The 2027 Canada Games: from February 27 to March 14, 2027, Quebec hosts the Canada Games. Catch alpine skiing, snowboarding and other events at Mont-Sainte-Anne and nearby venues, about 45 minutes by car from the Resort.
  • Ontario March Break: a week in mid-March for the whole family, with ski lessons for the kids, Kids' Clubs every day, and time for you.
  • Spring skiing & Sugar Time, until April 10, 2027: milder days, maple taffy on snow, maple-inspired dishes and the Wellness Fusion program.

Extend your trip in Quebec City. Just 1h15 from the Resort, Old Quebec is a UNESCO World Heritage Site with cobblestone streets and centuries of history. Add a few days in the city before or after your time on the mountain.
