Club Med Tomamu Summer 2025 GO TEAM IS THE BEST! Thank you Yum for your meticulous event management & PR skills, bringing us awesomeness everynight! Zack the Chef de Village did an awesome job leading the entire team. Thank you, Mahen from F&B for your luxurious standard of service and for treating my parents with so much warmth welcoming them with open arms every single time we meet. Courtney (Coco), we appreciate you so much for your outstanding sound engineering & visual techniques that wow us every show annd even more so for your kind soul! TQ, John for your beautiful voice and wonderful music. TQ, Your royal excellency Kelvin for world class choreographies that amazed us night after night, and of course where would you be without your incredible performers - all so creative brilliant and artistic GOs! We love the gorgeous costumes that Hilmy whipped up! Housekeeping, well done & great job! Service team, all so great! F&B team, OMG soooo good! Especially those we personally met- Ashley, Rohit, Pang (bar),Rety, Fadli, Ivo, Carlos (F&B), Albert, Nathan, Kaya, Alex (Sports). Well done, everyone!

Had a good time at Club Med Tomamu's summer season. Hope to return.
The accoms was clean, and room appliances were in good working condition.
The meals were nutritious, plentiful and varied.
Staff were well-mannered and prompt in providing service.
Activities were well-planned and -executed.
Given the price point, thankfully, not too crowded, respectful fellow guests.

Chief Zack is highly visible, esp. during meal times and evening activities, exudes approachability to guests, and even to his staff. It is observed that he runs a tight ship, which gives guests assurance that they will be well taken care of, be it request or redress.

Would like to commend the F&B team - good food = good energy = good fun
Would like to commend the GOs for creating good vibes, esp. the following:
Nova - taking gd care of our check-in/-out process and as overall host
Paola & Josh - good times on court
Hajime & Kaya - scenic bike rides
Yum - entertaining performances
John - smooth singing sessions

It was great and awesome 4 days 3 nights spent in Club Med Tomamu. Room is big and well designed, all small details are well taken care. F&b is good quality and a lot of variety. Special thank to GO Hajime for conducting the mountain bike session , it was the highlight of my trip and I enjoyed to the fullest .I will come back next autumn.

이번 토마무는 1년 만에 다시 찾은 두 번째 방문이었습니다. 사실 여행 출발 전에 첫째 아이가 한국에서 다리를 다쳐서, 여행을 무사히 즐길 수 있을지 걱정이 되었어요. 특히 너무나 기대했던 미나미나 비치 수영장을 가지 못해 아쉬움이 남았지만, 가족 모두가 하루에 한 번씩 빠짐없이 온천을 다녀온 것만으로도 충분히 만족스러웠습니다.
아이 컨디션상 다양한 액티비티에 많이 참여하지는 못했지만, 한국에서 늘 바쁘게 지내느라 함께하지 못했던 시간을 가족끼리 오롯이 보낼 수 있어서 더욱 뜻깊은 여행이었습니다. 그리고 매번 느끼지만, 클럽메드에서 만나는 한국 G.O. 분들이 세심하게 챙겨주셔서 정말 감사합니다.

특히 기억에 남는 분들께 감사 인사를 드리고 싶어요:
• Wayne: 아이들에게 항상 친절해주셔서 고맙습니다.
• Bob: 여러 불편한 부분들을 바로 해결해주셔서 큰 도움이 되었어요.
• Mellisa: 안정감 있는 응대 덕분에 안심이 되었습니다.
• Alex: 함께한 요가 시간이 너무 훌륭했어요.
• Kaya: 저희 가족에게 꼭 맞는 투어를 추천해주셔서 고마웠습니다. 바에서의 활약도 기대할게요!
• Yeong: 한국 음식이 더욱 맛있게 느껴진 건 Yeong 덕분이에요.
• Jason: Nest Bar에서 나눴던 대화가 즐겁게 기억에 남습니다.
• Linda: 추천해주신 바 음료들이 정말 맛있었어요.
• Zack 촌장님: 늘 반갑게 맞아주시고 저녁 공연으로 즐거움을 주셔서 감사합니다.

가족 모두에게 소중한 추억을 다시 만들어준 클럽메드 토마무, 다음 방문이 벌써 기다려집니다!

This was our second visit to Tomamu, returning after a year. Before the trip, I was a bit worried because my eldest child injured his leg in Korea. Unfortunately, we couldn’t visit the long-awaited Mina Mina Beach pool, which was disappointing. However, simply being able to enjoy the hot spring together as a family every single day made us more than satisfied.
Since our child’s condition didn’t allow us to join many activities, we focused on spending quality time together — something we often miss back in Korea due to busy schedules. That in itself made this trip very meaningful. And as always, we were very grateful for the thoughtful care from the Korean G.Os at Club Med.

I’d like to express my gratitude to some special people:
• Wayne: Thank you for being so kind to the kids.
• Bob: We really appreciate your help in resolving any inconveniences.
• Mellisa: Your calm and reliable assistance made us feel at ease.
• Alex: The yoga session with you was truly wonderful.
• Kaya: Thank you for recommending the perfect tours for our family. We also look forward to seeing you at the bar!
• Yeong: Thanks to you, the Korean food tasted even better.
• Jason: I really enjoyed our conversations at the Nest Bar — such a fun memory.
• Linda: The drinks you recommended at the bar were absolutely delicious.
• Chief Zack: Always greeting us warmly and making the evening shows so much fun — thank you!

Once again, Club Med Tomamu gave our family unforgettable memories. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!
