Sahoro Hokkaido Japan

We have now been to Club Med Sahoro three times, and it's a firm favourite for our family. A great, wholesome family vacation with a heavy ski focus.

The resort has a great vibe and the size is just right. Even when it's fully booked, it doesn't feel crowded, and the slopes are pleasantly uncrowded as well.

A very comfortable room. Incredible meals. Fantastic skiing - lots of runs, all ski-in ski-out from the hotel. The Club Med spirit with such friendly staff. We felt cared for from start to finish.

Had an absolutely fabulous time at the resort. The days passed by too quickly. Everything is well planned and taken care of and it’s just endless fun.

Special mention goes to Manuel (Manu) from the ski team who managed to ignite the passion for skiing in my kids. Before meeting him they told me they found skiing boring and didn’t want to do it anymore. I told them to try one more time. Thankfully we managed to get Manu as their instructor. According to my daughter she said Manu is so good because he is patient and encourages me and when I fall he tells me why I fell and how I can avoid falling down! Needless to say the kids had fun learning from him and I am forever grateful for his efforts!

Not only is Manu good with the kids he is also great with adults. I took a couple of private lessons with him and I found myself learning so quickly and became more confident in my skiing ability.

We all had great fun and we look forward to our next trip back!
