I had a wonderful time at Club Med Cancún, and scuba diving was a highlight of my trip! Ati was patient and thorough while explaining everything and helping me through the skills test. The demonstrations made me feel much more comfortable and prepared.
Juan was an excellent guide during the dive. I felt supported the whole time and really enjoyed the experience. I highly recommend diving with this team if you’re visiting Club Med Cancún!

Club was pretty empty which we loved (200 guests out of 1100 capacity). The service was fantastic, and there was never a rush to find pool-side seats. Servers continually checked to see is you wanted a drink. The bars could make anything and the drinks were delicious. Everyone was super friendly. Been a while since we've been to a Club Med and we were pleased that thy no longer seat you with strangers for every meal. We were always able to have private meals for 2.

The Club was recently renovated but is a little more spread out than other clubs. There is a shuttle for get from one end to the other.

Food is very good but could use a bit more spices for my taste.

They clean the rooms every day which is pretty deluxe compared to other budget Hotels. We did have a bug issue in our room which they promptly addressed when we mentioned it. It is the tropics.

In the hot weather there is a lot of seaweed on the beaches. They do an amazing job cleaning that up, but mother nature can be relentless. Some days there was too much weed to swim in the ocean.

Oliva Miguel where wonderful and service at the steakhouse all the staff at club med was impeccable and so nice . I would highly recommend the steakhouse and the beef broth starter is to die for. My partner had the lamb skewer that was amazing. I had the chicken witch was perfectly cooked and very flavorful. The desserts are to die for. The chocolate moose was perfect. The flan was very delicious. Will ve back.

We just got back from another amazing holiday at Club Med Cancún and once again it exceeded all our expectations. This was my third visit within the past year and somehow every time I come back, I think it can’t possibly get any better, yet every stay ends up being even more fun and memorable than the last.

A huge part of what makes this place so special is definitely the G.O. team. Over my different stays, some of them have genuinely become friends and seeing them again always feels like coming back to familiar faces.

Noémie and Ophélie from the boutique deserve a special mention. They are both incredibly friendly, welcoming and always do such a great job in the boutique. During our stay, we ended up having lunch or dinner together almost every day and they have truly become real friends to us. They are two of those people who make your holiday feel so much more personal and special.

Sender is another person who brings such a great atmosphere wherever he goes. His enthusiasm and energy are contagious and he always manages to make people laugh with his jokes. Whether during the day or in the evening, he brings so much positive energy to the resort.

Ivan from the Mini Club has also become a very good friend. He is always so kind and fun to be around and we often had meals together or had a drink together in the evening. He recently started performing circus acts during some evening shows as well and he is honestly fantastic at it. It was so nice to see him perform!

Chloé unfortunately left for her own holiday halfway through our stay, so we only got to spend a few days with her this time. But even those few days were incredibly fun and we were very happy that we met her before she left.

We also stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms this time and the renovation of the rooms, the pool and Las Velas are definitely a big improvement. The rooms feel more modern, fresh and comfortable. We were very happy with ours and would absolutely recommend choosing one of the renovated rooms.

After three visits in one year, Club Med Cancún has really become more than just a holiday destination for us. Of course, the location and resort are beautiful, but it is mainly the people and the friendships we have made here that keep making every stay so special. Every time we leave, we already look forward to coming back.
