Punta Cana Dominican Republic

It was a very great experience, all the services are good and the employees have been so kind the site was so clean and the bar service was amazing

We went for a pass Day thanks to our friend @Hinda, who works at med club punta cana She Was the one who refer us, I Was there for m’y birthday they even give me a cake, I’m 1 hundred and we Will come back.

We have to highlight the humanized service directed forsome professionals: Manuela (Guests), Charles (bar), Jonathan (restaurant), Potira (Mini Club) and Ronaldo (recreation). Everyone was attentive, helpful, super nice and made our experience MUCH better.

A highlight in relation to the comparison between the Club meds we visited was the afternoon snack. In Trancoso we had an afternoon coffee full of varieties, snacks, cheese bread, fruits, sandwiches and juices, while in Puntca Cana, we had 4 options of sweet breads.

The resort and the location offer nothing but a wonderful experience. We were so amazed to find the level of commitment of entertainment. The staff worked overtime to entertain our entire family. Our kids were over the moon about doing trapeze every day. The food was plentiful and tasty. Plenty of variety!

From archery to Pickleball to yoga classes, there’s no shortage of entertainment. We had so much fun and hope that many other families will visit this resort.

We spent an amazing week at this resort from July 19th-July 26th. After picking up
Our bags at the airport everything went so smoothly. We arrived at the ClubMed kiosk at the airport and were immediately taken to the shuttle and then within 5-10 minutes we arrived at the resort. The check in process was so quick and they seated us with drinks and then took us to our rooms. My husband and I were traveling with our 11 year old son and 7 year old
daughter and the family suite with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms was perfect for us. We were on the first floor and our patio had a beautiful view of the grounds and ocean. Our room was always well air conditioned and they kept stocked with plenty of waters and sodas/juices for us each day.
We spent our arrival day on Saturday exploring the grounds and our children loved the waterpark and swimming in the pool and ocean. The staff was so welcoming and Miguel gave us so much information about everything happening at the resort. He greeted us all by name every time he saw us. We ate at the main restaurant and the buffet has so many options and we loved everything we tried.
For the following days my daughter participated in the mini club and my son in the teen club. Alexei was so wonderful with my daughter and King did and a great job with the teens club. They loved doing sailing, circus, archery, mini golf, the water park, and pools with the club. I love how organized it was for them and they were always outdoors and being active. Each day in the min club at the end of the day they did some type of event like a slip and slide or treasure hunt. They loved doing all of the activities with them each day. Some days they chose to do full days and sometimes half days. As a family we had so much renting kayaks, swimming at the ocean and pool, and enjoying all of the shows and entertainment the resort has to offer. Our children always enjoyed seeing their new friends again in the evenings.
My husband and I loved the combination we were able to have of family time and adult time. The Zen pool was so relaxing and I loved being able to take classes such as Aqua Gym at the main pool and Aqua Yoga at the Zen pool. We had fun doing the golf class and kayak class together. We found all of the food to be amazing at the main restaurant, at Indigo, and at the buffets on the beach. We’ve been to other all inclusive resorts and although there may be more restaurants the food quality was not nearly as good. The seafood nights at the buffet were a favorite for all and the paella on the beach was absolutely delicious.
On Friday we did a snorkeling excursion which was incredible and a highlight of our trip. The staff went above and beyond to find a time for us as we booked very last minute. Santo was a great guide. We saw so many fish and an octopus at the reef and then had a great time swimming at a different ocean pool and sandbar. Joe captured so many amazing photos that day and I cannot recommend the photo package more. The photography team
was awesome and did such a great job. We love every photo we have so much. We can’t wait to visit again!
