I’m having an absolutely wonderful time at Club Med Québec-Charlevoix. The resort feels luxuriously organized and impeccably clean, and the whole atmosphere is filled with calm, elegance, and Canadian charm.

The food here is outstanding—delicious, varied, and thoughtfully prepared. The fitness classes were a standout: I took sessions with Sam and Oscar and they were simply fantastic. Their energy and guidance made each class a joy.

I highly recommend this resort.

We are frequent Club Med travellers and this was our second time at the Club Med Charlevoix and we liked it so much that we recommended it to my sister and some friends who also came along with their families.
This stay was better than the previous year : there were more activities and more entertainment offered during the day. Contrary to last year, we were lucky as the weather was quite nice so we were able to go hiking, mountain biking, etc…

Food : great quality and great options for the whole family. My vegetarian husband was always able to find something delicious to eat.

Staff : overall friendly staff, whether at the bar, the shop or in charge of the activities (shoutout to the awesome Sam the Tabata, Aquagym, etc instructor) However, some of the waiting staff at the Marché were not as friendly as last year. It was almost as if you are bothering them when you ask for a refill of water. Some of them should “put a sourire sur leur face”

Rooms : We again stayed in a family room. It was very clean and the layout is so well thought of that you don’t feel cramped even with two adults and two kids. Lots of storage and the separate room for the kids is the cherry on top.

Overall, we had a really great stay. Improvement would be to allow us to “register” to an activity via the app so that we would get a reminder when the time comes (we were able to do so in CM Cancún, don’t know why we couldn’t here)
Also, for the love of God, please update the mini golf (if we can even call it that)! We were staying at the Fairmont Richelieu before coming to the CM and your mini-golf does not even remotely compares to theirs.

we just got back from Club Med Québec-Charlevoix and it was incredible! The location is gorgeous, with St Lawrence river on one side and mountain Le Massif on the the other. The staff here are just the best. Everyone was so friendly and made us feel super welcome. I have to give a huge shoutout to Sam, the paddling coach. His class was so much fun, and he's just a great guy to talk to. This place is great for the whole family, and the Carrousel show was just awesome - definitely a highlight for all of us. The downhill mountain biking was a rush with some amazing views, and the hiking was great, too. Just a heads-up: you have to sign up for these activities, and they fill up fast on busy days, but you can always do the hiking by yourself!

The entire family had a lot of fun on this vacation. Club med has great accommodations for families with young kids, but also activities for adults to enjoy. Variety of food at le marché was pretty good but execution could be better. We also reserved two celebration meals at extra cost (fondue and tomahawk steak 3 course dinner sets) on two separate nights. We were disappointed that the soup, appetizer and dessert was the exact same for these two dinner sets… but the fondue and steak were delicious. Activities on site were great, but the sign up process for hiking and mountain biking is very tedious, inefficient & frustrating. Be prepared to line up 30 min BEFORE the activity desk opens to be guaranteed a spot. We also booked two excursions at extra cost. Whale watching was overpriced and overcrowded. They jam packed the boats with as many people as possible so you will likely be standing the whole time and you are not allowed to bring your own food. However, canyoning was awesome and worth the money.
