This was our first time at a Club Med Resort and we loved it! The facilities, staff, food, and activities are perfect and well-organized. We want to send a special thanks to the incredible and lovely manager Nicholas, to the fantastic chef Pablo, to the sweet waitress Femi, to the wonderful fitness instructor Sam, to the friendly receptionist Hugo, to the enthusiastic excursion team Diane and Bridgette, and to our new friend Carol Queiroz! You and many others made our vacation incredible and unforgettable! Thank you so much for all you do! You are the best! Thanks, Club Med for this amazing and well-organized facility and for offering us this time to relax and enjoy the beautiful Quebec-Charlevoix area. Excellent family vacation
5/5 • 2024-12-08Our families trip at club med was great overall. As we have a four month old we were limited to the activities we could do, however, the resort is amazing if you have kids a bit older. Food was exceptional, location was beautiful and the staff went above and beyond during our stay. I would highly recommend this resort for families especially if you want to ski/hike. The nearby town was a lovely walk, and the hiking in the area was beautiful. If you are planning to drive, be sure you have your snow tires on! Overall a great stay.

Fantastic Food & Skiing Beginning of December
5/5 • 2024-12-07Just finishing our 3 day trip and it was absolutely fantastic. Food options at the buffet were outstanding, high quality food stations and dozens of options.
Staff at Le Chalet restaurant were so kind and attentive. Any cocktails you want are readily available. Great evening entertainment.
We went skiing although only 6-7 hills open beginning of the season. Ok for us! Hot tub and steam room after skiing and endless food were highlights.
Room is clean and modern.
We thoroughly enjoyed it!
