Everything was amazing right from the ambience, to the food and entertainment. Nicholas chef du village very friendly and outgoing. Alex food and beverage manager was amazing and understands that people like to eat and snack while on vacation. The quality and presentation of the food was amazing. Maria the Marché manager was also very kind and friendly, The only thing I would add is that it would have been nice to have tennis courts, extended pool hours and waive the early arrival mandatory fee when arriving after 12h, in order for people to fully enjoy the resort. Will definitely be returning to Charlevoix and as of 2028 CLUB MED Tremblant. Thank You CLUB MED!

We’re writing the review on the way to the airport. Our family had the most amazing time here! Everything exceeded expectation!!

The staff, especially those at kids club, were truly the highlight of the trip. Our 5yo and 2yo had the best time with all the engaging activities - forest walk, pool time, treasure hunt, you name it. Not to mention many of them are so talented! Special shoutout to Lilou, Kiliane, Lea at Petit Club for laughing and playing with our daughter, Mimi and Cintia at Mini Club for taking care of our 5yo son! Last but not least, Louis at Mini Club for their fabulous acting, we could never re-create that at home!

Food here is surprisingly delicious and thoughtful! Coming from Toronto where we have a decent amount of good food. View is absolutely gorgeous, and hikes are great! We also really enjoyed the live artists and circus show! Everyone is so professional and talented. It’s like watching a Cirque du Soleil show right on stage!

Overall great stay. Fun for kids, relaxing for parents ;)

We just got back from an incredible ski trip with our three kids (ages 2, 8, and 9), along with my mom and my partner’s parents—and it truly had something for everyone.

The resort is absolutely beautiful, and the ski-in/ski-out setup made everything so easy, especially with kids. Being able to go straight from the room to the slopes without any hassle was a game changer.

The ski school was top notch for both kids and adults. Our kids loved their lessons and learned so much, and it gave us time to really enjoy skiing too.

The kids clubs were a huge highlight—the Kids Club team and Petite Club Med were fantastic. Knowing our children were happy, safe, and well cared for made the whole experience so much more enjoyable.

One of the highlights was the “Crazy Signs”—everyone comes together, dances, and follows the same moves (kind of like a big group Zumba). It was such a fun, high-energy experience and something our whole family looked forward to.
The atmosphere overall was amazing—great music, fun shows, and just an all-around lively, happy vibe.

Huge shoutout to Pauline, Lea, Nate, Roxanne, and Killian—and so many others on the team who made the experience special. Everyone we interacted with was warm, fun, and genuinely great with the kids.

We loved every minute and would absolutely come back!
