The location is absolutely beautiful 😍 the views ans the whole resort is beautiful beyond words!
Nathalie was our amazing helper, she made our experience worth the entire stay! We did the luge excursion and it was worth it!!! Must do!!! Rooms are cozy and have everything you need! They are quiet and absolutely have everything like shampoo and body wash!! It's my 4th time and I will be back again Charlevoix!!!!!

The resort is beautiful, the room were nice, the staff was friendly and helpful, the mountain was great, the spa was lovely…

Most of the shows were actually impressive and the bar had a nice selection of drinks.

The music and shows sound level was too high. We all had to wear some kind of ear protection, especially kids. It’s a trend everywhere to plant the music to an unhealthy level but it’s especially wrong when the show is targeted for kids (the first part of the evening). the sound shouldn’t be that high (I’m fairly sure the sound level was illegal). We had trouble at checkout with prices being more than what we were told during equipment rental/snow gear etc. So make sure you check your bill at checkout. We took The shuttle back to the airport with three other families on Christmas Day and we had a total of 8 kids. None of the three families wanted to be dropped off at the airport and we asked the driver if we could be dropped off at our hotel. Driver was willing to do it but he called the manager of the shuttle service who reached out to Club med who denied the request. so all of us were stranded at the airport in freezing weather on Christmas night when taxis were scarce. That was really messed up… charging extra for the fondue at the chalet was also a bad surprise.

Amazing family trip! It was our first time taking the kids on a ski vacation, and it couldn’t have been better. We stayed in an Exclusive Collection suite, it was beautiful, and the staff was always friendly, attentive, and happy to help. The service was excellent, with so many thoughtful little touches throughout our stay. Our ski equipment and lift tickets were ready at arrival, which made everything so easy. The kids absolutely loved their ski and snowboard lessons, and the access to the slopes is perfect. The views over the resort are absolutely stunning. The food was delicious, and we really enjoyed the ski snacks, afternoon goûter, and the special Christmas snack, it all added such a festive and cozy touch to the experience. The only small downside was that we wished the pool had been a bit warmer, as it was a little too cold for us to fully enjoy.

Overall, it was a wonderful holiday experience and a truly memorable family vacation. We would love to come back!

It was good. I had fun in the teens club thanks to Mimi and Louis. We had a ping pong tournament, we played Mario Kart, Manhunt and other fun stuff
